Two-tiered Cake Pin Cushions

My previous post shows the cake pin cushion that I made for myself and now I've made one for a friend in her favorite color, purple. I also made her some special pins to go with it using Fimo. I wanted to do the Shrinky Dink thing, but I don't have any of that material right now.
