April Fool's Day Joke!

I fooled my kids today.   I told them they could have cupcakes for dinner since they had SUCH a great week at school.  They were onto me as soon as they touched them.  G. said, "This bottom part feels really weird. It's kinda greasy!"  I told him to just eat it.... it felt that way because it was still hot.  Then he almost gagged when he bit into it.  Ground lamb baked in a muffin pan in the oven and then topped with whipped mashed potatoes and a large confetti on top is an odd flavor when you are expecting vanilla icing.  Nobody ate them, so be forewarned if you plan to do this to your family.  They were totally put-off by the non-cupcake flavor. 

I got them though!!!

{How fun would this bog monster be for the toilet?  This may have to be next year's prank!!!}
