Clear blue sky, white cotton-like clouds, greenish trees and mountains surrounded us.
We crossed the mountains, over the sea and finally making our way to Tung Chung station. I truly enjoyed the ride as well as the scenic view of Lantau. It is a beautiful island.
It is our final night here and we decided to take a stroll along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. This is one of the favourite spot for tourists and photographers as you can see Hong Kong's beautiful skyline. High-rise buildings that are located on the Hong Kong Island and The Peak is just right across the Victoria habour. Apart from the passing boats and ships, occasionally you can see helicopters flying in the sky.
Another favourite spot just along Tsim Sha Tsui promenade is the Avenue of Stars. As you walk along, you will spot many hand imprints of the well-known actors/actresses (e.g. Bruce Lee, Jet Li, Andy Lau etc) on the floor plaque and you may just want to take a photo with your favourite star.
The sun has set but it is yet another enchanting view along TST waterfront with the lights brightening up the skyline.
A Symphony of Lights is staged at 8:00 p.m every night (whenever the weather condition permits). There will be music together with the laser show and a lot of people will be standing by the waterfront enjoying the display.
Good night Hong Kong.
