Initially the plan was to take my inlaws to see the Lightings at Imbiah. Unfortunately, fil wasn't feeling too well and Hubby was also tired to make the trip down. So, we changed our plans and went to Sengkang Riverside Park for a little walk instead. Sengkang Riverside Park is actually located at Anchorvale Street and the park comprises of 3 parcels of land. We went to one of the parcels where the pond was situated. The kids still get to see a lot of fishes although the water in the pond was not really clear.It was very windy and the evening breeze kept us cool while strolling in the park. We saw pandan leaves and a couple of fruit trees along the way but unable to identify their names.

There are toilets, shelters, benches, jogging and cycling track in the Park which makes it a suitable place for exercising, cycling and kite flying. A pretty neat, nice and quiet place.
