THE NEW AURORA JOINS P & O IN 2000

Another trip down memory lane, this time April 2000, place Southampton to wait for the maiden arrival of the new AURORA latest addition to the P & O cruise fleet, this beautiful vessel is a modern and slightly larger version of sister ship the ORIANA,which was delivered five years earlier.  I remember it was a very warm spring day and the expectations were high, the ship didn´t disappoint and she ranks amongst my favourite ships.
